| Our office currently offers payments plans through Care Credit and an in office Budget Plan. |
| Care Credit |
| Care Credit offers 3 to 5 year payment plans are available and will be presented to you upon request. The application only takes a few minutes to fill out and approval is done quickly at our office or online. No interest plans, paid off in 3, 6, 12 or 18 months are available. Extended payment plans of 24, 36, 48 and 60 months are available at an 11.90% annual percentage rate for treatment fees of $1,000 or more. | What is CareCredit? |
| CareCredit is a personal line of credit for healthcare treatments and procedures for your entire family, including your pets. It works like a credit card but it has two advantages. It can only be used for healthcare services and you can get No Interest financing every time you use it. Simply pay your minimum monthly payment and pay off the entire balance by the end of your promotional period and you pay No Interest. If you need more time to pay for your procedure, you can take advantage of our extended payment plans with low, fixed interest rates. |

| Our office also offers a budget plan for your convinence. For this type of payment a credit card is required which will be billed as set amount weeky, biweekly or monthly. |
